ILM Level 3 Diploma In Leadership And Management (Year 2 of 2)

The ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management is an excellent introductory programme for potential managers or exiting managers who have not had much formal management training. It provides a comprehensive range of management skills, which will be of genuine benefit to a career in management. The range of modules available is extensive and allows NRC to select the most interesting ones to create a relevant, exciting and useful course. Some of the modules studied are: Interviewing Skills, Teambuilding, Effective Communication, Managing Customer Service etc. The course is delivered in a variety of ways which blend in-class learning with multimedia presentations and on-line learning. As an added value element, the course has a Residential which allows participants to practice the skills they have learned in a fun and challenging environment. Successful candidates may progress to Level 5 Diploma in Managment or any other relevant course. Participants will normally be either existing or aspiring managers, however, there are no formal educational requirements.
