It provides a comprehensive range of management skills, which will be of genuine benefit to a career in management. As an added value element, the course has a Residential which allows participants to practice the skills they have learned in a fun and challenging environment. Successful candidates may progress to Level 5 Diploma in Managment or any other relevant course. Participants will normally be either existing or aspiring managers, however, there are no formal educational requirements.
