It will feature practical exercises and in-depth discussion on all aspects of the quality system including guidance on preparing for the PQASSO Quality Mark.

Course Objectives

  1. Explain in detail the key features of the PQASSO system and how to implement it within the organisation.
  2. Outline the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders and identify ways of engaging them in the process.
  3. Explain the steps and the processes required for the PQASSO Quality Mark and resources required.
  4. Draw up a detailed plan of action for implementing PQASSO within their organisation.

Cancellation fee

If you wish to cancel your place at this event you must inform at gladys@ceni.org by email five working days in advance of the event date. If you inform us less than five working days or not at all and do not attend you will be invoiced for the full cost of the event.

Getting here and Parking

NICVA has a number of free parking spaces available for those attending events. Unfortunately these can't be reserved and are available on a first come basis. NICVA's spaces are clearly marked and we would ask that visitors only use spaces allocated to NICVA when attending an event.

Parking is also available on Duncairn Gardens and surrounding areas within close walking distance. NICVA is also a short walk from Yorkgate Train Station and you can easily catch a bus from the city centre (no 1D) direct to Duncairn Gardens, or (no 61 and 64) to Cityside Centre (a few minutes walk).
