Is this course for me?

Ideal for beginners or those with some existing experience in 2D CAD this course will take you from the basics to producing your own drawings, plans and specifications in no time. You will progress step by step from the design and technical considerations through to the final product, supported by an experienced CAD professional in the classroom.

What qualifications or skills do I require to study this course?

No previous CAD experience or qualifications are required - just an interest in using CAD and some basic knowledge of how to operate a PC and a commitment to attend regular evening classes

What does the course involve?

The course is designed for anybody that has an interest in learning how to use the latest design technology to produce and edit two dimensional drawings, plans and specifications using AutoCAD. You will go from the initial stages of constructing simple diagrams through to being able to produce and edit full production drawings. You will learn how to produce two dimensional images and to use AutoCAD to produce a variety of specifications

What option will be open to me if I successfully complete the course? The course will provide you with an industry recognised qualification and the confidence to use what you have learnt to progress your own career or enhance your own projects.
