Course Summary:
The Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools NVQ applies to anyone who provides direct support for teaching and learning in any type of school – primary (including foundation stage), secondary, special, or pupil referral units. This includes those with a general support role and those with specific responsibilities for a pupil, subject area or age group. Staff will have a range of job titles such as teaching assistant, classroom assistant, learning support assistant, special needs assistant.
