Just Desserts is completely devoted to the art of creating beautiful and delicious desserts and patisserie. The course focuses on the preparation of eight different desserts including Strawberry and Pink champagne cake and Lemon Meringue Pie, will include working with pastry, sugar and/or chocolate work and the use of seasonal ingredients.
