Description

This course is designed to develop specific Beauty Therapy skills in preparation for entry to the next level Beauty Therapy. This course would also suit those who may have been away from further education by developing their confidence and skills. It will also develop essential skills for all students and these will be developed throughout the delivery of this programme. It is taught over three days per week, which may include an evening session. Please note, you may be required to work one day in College from 9am through to 8pm.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Students must want to become a beauty therapist and be genuinely interested in the progression oportunities available. We ask that applicants hold a minimum of three General Standard Grade, Intermediate 1 or National 4 qualifications. Very good communication and practical skills are required with the ability to develop and learn essential skills.

PROGRESSION ROUTES / CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Direct entry to Level 2 may apply to those who achieve Level 1.
