The CIPD: Foundation Certificate and Diploma in Human Resource Practice (Level 3) courses are offered in 2 parts to ensure accessibility for self-financing students. It is offered as follows:
Certificate or Diploma (Part 1) – Core Units + 1 Option (16 credits)
Diploma (Part 2) – Additional Units (21 credits)
NB: Part 1 must be completed before Part 2
Study Option: Blended Learning (combination of distance learning in partnership with ICS Educate with certain taught components)
HOW WILL I BE ASSESSED?
To achieve the CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Practice, you need a total of 37 credits, 16 from part 1 and a further 21 from the following units:
Additional Units (21 credits):
- Supporting Good Practice in Performance and Reward Management* (6 credits)
- Supporting Good Practice in Managing Employment Relations (6 credits)
- Delivering Learning and Development Activities* (6 credits)
- Supporting Change within Organisations (3 credits)
NB * Mandatory attendance at workshops is required for these units.
How will I be assessed? Assessment will take the form of:
- Personal Development Plans
- Portfolios
- Case Studies
- Skills assignments with written tasks
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Part 1 of this course must be completed. You must be proficient in the English language and knowledge of or experience in human resource support or management would be beneficial.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
