- How to move the three minds of creative consciousness-- Somatic, Cognitive, and Field -- to generative levels
- How to set and maintain positive and resonant intentions
- How to develop and sustain optimal states of consciousness, especially in relation to goals and challenges
- Specific "tool box" techniques for each coaching step
- Methods for achieving transformational outcomes
- How to ensure the new patterns are integrated into real life situations.
