Is it for me?
This course is equivalent to 2 GCSEs (Core) or 4 GCSEs (with Option unit). It is designed to enable students to enhance a range of skills needed for the Performing Arts industry, which frequently requires performers to work across different performance disciplines. Most students will take a performance pathway alongside the production core, although it may be possible to study production as a stand-alone programme.
There are no exams - your assessment will be through assignments in class and practical/performance projects. It includes evening rehearsals and performances. If you have not yet passed English or Maths at grade C or above you will need to work on these alongside your Creative Pathways course.
