Description
This course consists of the following:
The development of creative and innovative skills in English and continental designs and arrangements for all occasions including:
- Gifts
- Special events
- Functions
- Weddings
- Funerals
Students will also study:
- Retail & business management
- Marketing skills
- Understanding the use of colour in designs
Students will also undertake work experience.
Students must be 16-18 years of age plus have ONE of the following:
- Level 2 Diploma in Floristry at merit, plus GCSE English or Maths at grades A*-C, or equivalent - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and/or English
- Equivalent industrial experience may be considered
