Description
This course covers all aspects of hairdressing and consists of the following:
- Cutting
- Setting
- Blow-drying
- Colouring
- Perming
- Health & Safety
- Reception Skills
- Related theory
Students must have the following:
- 4 GCSEs (3 at grades A*-D & 1 at grade A*-E) including English, Maths & Science or equivalent - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE English and/or Maths
Students with previous hairdressing experience will also be considered
Students must also be in related employment for 2 days a week and must attend college for the further 3 days.
Adults 19+ who have industry experience BUT do not have the necessary qualifications can be invited in for interview
