This course consists of the following units:
- Customer service
- Travel & tourism group project
- Planning a trip to a visitor attraction
- Researching a tourist destination
- The role of air cabin crew
- The role of overseas resort representatives
- Planning for a job in travel & tourism
Students must have ALL of the following:
- 3 GCSEs or equivalent
- A satisfactory interview
- Successful assessment activities including literacy and numeracy
