Description
This course consists of the following:
To qualify for the Certificate students must complete the following 6 modules:
- Module 1 - Planning Building Operations
- Module 2 - Organising and Controlling Operations
- Module 3 - Supervising Safety at the Workplace
- Module 4 - Maintaining the Dimensional Accuracy of the Works
- Module 5 - Working with People
- Module 6 - Developing Personal Skills of Teams and Self
To qualify for the Diploma students must complete these additional 6 modules.
- To be confirmed
Students must be employed in the industry, be aged 23 or over and have the following:
- At least 2 years experience managing staff and materials in a construction environment

This would usually require the student to have experience as a site manager/foreman but in certain circumstances could include students who are running their own construction company.
