This course is designed for florists who are employed within the industry, with a L3 qualification or relevant industry experience. To develop floristry and business skills to a management level.

Qualification

Level 4 Higher Diploma of Floristry (ISCF)

Course Content

  • Technical skills – tied designs, wired, and glued designs, design trends and concepts
  • Historical studies for floristry
  • Floral event practices
  • Botanical concepts and practices for floristry
  • Marketing and promotion practices for floristry

One day a week - Mondays. Assignments set throughout the course. Final – 31/2 hour theory exam. 41/2 hour practical exam.National demonstrations, competition work and Gerona floral event
