Are you working in, or do you want to work in arboriculture? Learn via initial training at college, followed by additional assessment at your place of work. Course Content

Learn via initial training at College, followed by additional assessment at your place of work. Introduction to Arboriculture can be run in conjunction with the Apprenticeship scheme. You will build a portfolio of evidence at college and in the workplace. The completion of your portfolio will typically take between 12-18 months depending upon your skills and experience.

  • Tree pruning
  • Tree planting
  • Cross−cut timber
  • Pests and diseases
  • Health and safety
  • Stump removal
  • Support arboriculture operations
  • Dispose of residues

Entry Requirements

Tetanus protection is recommended.
