One year at college, work experience one or two days each week in a garden centre, nursery, landscape department, golf course or glasshouse unit. During the course students are asked to complete projects relating to their placements.
College Days - Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (TBC)
Entry Requirements
Students need to be over 16 and have a minimum of GCSE English and Maths at Grade D. Interest and enthusiasm in the subject and the ability to cope with written assignment work.
Next Step?/Employment
Entry onto Level 3 qualification or an Apprenticeship.

Full Time Further EducationYour learning is FREE if you are a UK or EU student, aged under 19 years on 31st August in the academic year you start your course.
Aged over 19?The cost of a full-time course for the academic year 2012/13 (starting September 2012) will be £1,250 per year.
