Advanced ECDL Presentation Software (MS PowerPoint)
The course is designed to give learners an in-depth look into the effect that colours, font and images have on the audience. Although learners are given the chance to experiment throughout this course, the main aim is to produce a professional presentation.
Qualification
BCS Level 3 Module - Presentation Software
This unit carries 6 credits towards a higher qualification and when completed with the other three ECDL Advanced units will enable the student to apply for ECDL Expert status.

Set up the show; Merge slides from other shows
Although homework is not set, it is expected that learners will practise the PowerPoint functions between classes. There is a one hour British Computer Society exam at the end of the course.
Entry Requirements
It is advisable for learners to have achieved the ECDL Extras qualification or other level 2 qualifications in PowerPoint, but this is not essential.
