PURPOSEThe programme provides advanced research methods and
subject-specific training to prepare students to produce an
extended dissertation drawing on original research about
contemporary India. The MRes encourages students to produce work
that is at once academically rigorous, and potentially practical in
its applications.
DESCRIPTION
The research Master's programme will be tailored to the specific research interests of each individual student, but draws on the expertise of the india Institute's faculty in multiple disciplines related to contemporary India.
