This 15 credit option module will be available to students enrolling on the Master of Teaching (MTeach) in the Post-Compulsory Sector, but will also be relevant as individual CPD modules for teacher educators, advanced practitioners, managers responsible for mentoring and coaching, and workplace practitioners discharging, or aspiring towards discharging, mentoring and coaching roles within the post-compulsory sector. This module, together with the module Mentoring and coaching in post-compulsory workplaces: Researching theory and practice in mentoring and coaching will address one of the very significant development needs of practitioners within the PC sector arising from the rapidly changing national agenda, and professional practice and learning will be at the forefront of the 'ethos' of the modules
