This module aims to broaden participants' understanding of ICT as an aid to teaching/training practice in higher and professional education. It introduces a range of appropriate theoretical perspectives on the role of ICT in educational settings. It focuses attention on the ways in which ICT can be exploited, and on what advantages and disadvantages may be observed when it is.
