Energy Efficiency to Green Deal Advisor

Currenlt only available in Greater Manchester to either  employed. self employed or volunteers people living or working within Greater Manchester.

We are seeking to increase the size of the area and the funding requirements to be available in the North West

Intially the course is a  VRO level 1 introduction in Climate change, the legalisation, the carbon reduction obligiation, and  renewable techologies.  (1 DAY CLASSROOM) rest online and POE  (ABC Qualification) trainer avialable via email and skype.

PC skills must include skydrive working knowledge.

Part Two includes  NVQ level 3 DEA/GDA  Domestic Energy Assessor - Green Deal Advisor   (ABBE Qualification) (6 DAY CLSSROOM)  * if already a DEA then 3 DAY ONLY in the Classroom

As a GDA-DEA are have the option to advisor the general public on carbon reduction measure, carry out Energy Performance Certificates assessments, and recommend the actions within the EPC under the Green Deal golden rules.
