Suitable For

This course is suitable for anyone working and dealing with customers as part of their role - you do not have to be carrying out a particular customer service role. However, your real work situation must give you the chance to bring about permanent improvements in service delivery - these improvements you introduce must benefit customers and your organisation.

  • Give customers a positive impression of yourself & your organisation

Assessment Method

You will be required to complete a work based evidenced portfolio.

Progression

On successful completion you could progress onto the NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service offered by Grantham College.

Additional Information

An NVQ provides evidence that you are competent to work at this Level. The evidence and knowledge statements will reflect this. Your assessor will carry out an initial assessment of your past experience and current skills to determine the right level of qualification.
