Course Content
Completion of one mandatory unit and five option units: Mandatory unit:
- Work effectively in your retail team. Optional Units from:
- Sales
- Stock Management
- Product expertise
- Merchandising
- Finance & Administration
- Customer Service
- Organisational effectiveness.
Assessment Method
You will complete a portfolio of evidence to prove competency at Level 2 - this will include observation in the workplace.
Progression
You can progress onto a higher level qualification in retail skills if you are working at an appropriate level.
