Those who work directly with clients, disseminating information advice and some level of guidance. Candidates will be working with information that is often interpreted by others, usually working within some clear guidelines.
Course Content
To achieve this qualification, candidates must complete a total of 21 credits, 12 units from the 4 Mandatory units and 9 credits from Optional units of which 3 credits must be at Level 3. Mandatory Units:

You will be allocated an assessor who will assess you carrying out your role
Progression
Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Advice and Guidance if working at this level.

There are no entry requirements but you must be employed and undertake advice and guidance activities working directly with clients, disseminating information, advice and guidance.
