You will develop your inter-professional skills, learn how to project manage successfully and appreciate the interrelationship between housing and sustainable regeneration. You will also be able to choose options from a range of modules such as mentoring for housing practice and building appraisal. You will produce a dissertation on an area of interest to you giving you an opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of an aspect of housing which can relate to, and inform the needs of your organisation.

Assessment
Assessment for the course includes portfolios, simulated work place tasks such as reports, briefing papers, client advice and presentation of materials. There are also seminars and team activities.
