international contacts; Estelle Thompson, Research Professor in
Fine Art is a contemporary painter of international standing. There
are opportunities to learn from her and other high profile visiting
artists

making but also through a process of installing, re-installing and
reconfiguring their work

Career opportunities
Pursue employment in a range of art-related industries.
Opportunities include setting up your own business; running an art
gallery; work as an art teacher or as a specialist arts officer in
the public or voluntary sector. Further study opportunities exist
at postgraduate level. Transferable communication and presentation
skills will make you sought after by employers from other
industries.
