Case Studies"This was a great course to build up on my experiences on the level 2 course and culminated in a blind tasting challenge. I now feel I can talk about vinification and choose wines with confidence to match a variety of menus. Serious connoisseurs of wine or people developing wine lists in a commercial setting will enjoy this course."
