This course is highly interactive and participative with a small group  and experienced trainer.

The training is designed to enable managers/supervisors to become familiar with the Stress Policy, the issues relating to Stress Management and to explore, reflect and discuss successful approaches in 'bite size chunks'.

• Identify and recognize potential causes of stress
