"Mijn doel was om de ins en outs van DISC te verkrijgen en als gevolg het certificaat te ontvangen waardoor ik ook anderen mee kan nemen in de "wereld" van DISC. Ondanks dat ik graag wat meer de diepte in zou gaan tijdens de cursus ben ik me ervan bewust dat het lastig is om daar in 1 dag ruimte aan te geven.
En dus erg blij met het certificaat waarmee ik nu zelf aan de slag mag. Het verloop van de training was erg prettig waarbij een fijne ongedwongen sfeer de groepsdynamiek zeker te goede kwam. En dus naast het certificaat een hele leuke dag met fijne nieuwe mensen leren kennen. Al met al een hele goeie eerste ervaring met FEEDBACK.
