Hoe herken je het gedrag van anderen en hoe speel je daarop in?
Welke onderhandelingstechnieken zijn er en hoe pas je deze succesvol toe?
Hoe kun je actiever en beter luisteren aan de onderhandelingstafel?
Hoe presenteer je ideeën?
Wanneer doe je een concessie en wanneer niet?
Hoe werken de verschillende vormen, bijvoorbeeld een prijsonderhandeling?
Hoe onderhandel je in teamverband?
Wanneer neem je een time-out?
Hoe rond je een onderhandeling succesvol af?
Bij de training Onderhandelen gebruik je onder andere de Harvard-methode.

Conflicthanteringsstijlen

Een beeld krijgen van gedrag in situaties waarin er sprake is van tegenstelde belangen. Dat is wat het Thomas-Kilmann instrument meet en daarom onderdeel uitmaakt van de training Onderhandelen. Leer jouw score kennen op de vijf conflicthanteringsstijlen om met de uitslag vervolgens succesvol te leren omgaan tijdens onderhandelingen.

Dit is een blended training. Kennis en inzichten rondom de onderwerpen van deze training worden vooraf, tijdens en na de training beschikbaar gesteld via de digitale leeromgeving van Feedback Training & Consulting. Doordat kennis en inzichten vooraf en tussentijds worden opgedaan is er tijdens de trainingsdagen meer tijd om de vertaalslag naar de eigen situatie en de praktijk te maken. Hierdoor wordt een nog beter (leer)resultaat behaald.
