Ook leer je bewust gebruik te maken van non-verbale communicatie, win-win resultaten te bereiken en succesvol een onderhandeling af te sluiten.

  • Welke onderhandelingstechnieken zijn er en hoe pas je deze succesvol toe?
  • Hoe kun je beter en actiever luisteren aan de onderhandelingstafel?
  • Hoe kun je efficiënt en effectief je ideeën presenteren tijdens een onderhandeling?
  • Wanneer doe je concessies en wanneer niet?
  • Hoe werken de verschillende vormen van onderhandelingen, zoals bijvoorbeeld een prijsonderhandeling?
  • Hoe onderhandel je in teamverband?
  • Wanneer neem je een time-out?
  • Hoe rond je een onderhandeling succesvol af?

Bij deze training wordt onder andere de Harvard-methode van onderhandelen gebruikt.

 

Verankering

Tijdens de training ontvang je een handboek met daarin alle theorie en een handige checklist die je in de dagelijkse praktijk kunt gebruiken.

 

Doelgroep

Iedereen die regelmatig onderhandelingen voert met bijvoorbeeld interne of externe klanten, leveranciers, opdrachtgevers of de eigen achterban.

Investering

Voor deze twee dagen durende open inschrijvingstraining Onderhandelen investeer je € 1.390,-. Dit bedrag is exclusief BTW, inclusief telefonische intake, materiaalkosten, certificaat van deelname en verzorging. Deze training is ook in maatwerkverband te volgen.
