This three day course is designed to introduce both lawyers and non-lawyers alike to the understanding of how to arrange and manage EPC contracts and how to avoid and manage disputes. This course is aimed at those interested in acquiring a detailed understanding of how to negotiate EPC contracts, what the clauses are for and how you can best use them together with the knowledge of the legal environment which facilitates such a process. The course is delivered by combining a substantive legal understanding together with a practitioner’s perspective. The course is delivered using power point presentations, case studies and exercises and is an interactive mix of theory and practical from a practitioner’s perspective. The case study each day covers preparation of the EPC enquiry document, negotiation and arbitration.
