risks associated with ethics, culture and behaviours will also be

manage compliance with particular regard to wide-ranging
third-party relationships, including suppliers, agents, contractors
and partnerships. The course will consider the full range of issues

review of the tools and techniques of third-party management,
including a section on the ‘Associated Persons’ requirement of the
UK Bribery Act, which relates to third-party relationship analysis,
risk and management. The course is organised on a highly
interactive basis, with plenty of opportunity for questions and
discussion. Delegates: The course will be relevant to a wide range
of delegates from differing backgrounds including risk management,
legal, finance, general management, government relations, strategy,
regulation and compliance; compliance delegates, for example, will
range from Chief Compliance Officer through to more junior
compliance officers Delegate Materials: In addition to the core
