· Plan an effective SAM programme including establishing KPIs and resource requirements

This qualification covers the Software Asset Management (SAM) processes as described in the SAM module within IT Infrastructure Library (ITILv3) and closely follows the ISO 19770-1:2006 Standard. The qualification also considers the interdependencies between ITIL Service Management principles in general and SAM.
