WHO IS THE COURSE FOR ?
Managers, proprietors, trainers and other personnel entering training or teaching roles, particularly wishing to deliver CIEH or similar qualifications.
This course has replaced the Professional Trainer Certificate course.
COURSE PROGAMME
- Roles and responsibilities.
- Learning styles and preferences
- Teaching planning skills
- Teaching styles and communication
- Teaching assessment/evaluation
- Discussion time – planning for assignments
Assignments – Candidates are required to:
- Produce a plan for, and deliver, a 25-30 minute micro-teach session (at the end of Part 1 of the course).
