The programme contains modules to help review the participants current knowledge, understanding and skills on personal development and to identify how to develop these further, to support business success.

The programme will provide opportunities for application of the learning leading to an enhanced understanding the importance of personal development in achieving business success and managing mental health.

The programme aims to support the participants in understanding how to assess your own personal development needs and how to put in a plan to develop yourself.

EduGrowth provides ongoing support from our coaches who will be on hand to assist and advise the participant for the duration of the programme. Guidance may continue after programme completion via your coach, to help with the ongoing development of the business.
