This innovative programme is intended specifically for graduates who have an administration role within health and social care or aspire to such a role. This programme has a multi-professional approach which will enable students to develop the knowledge and skills required to continue at a more advanced level and enhance their career development. The MSc Health Administration programme is designed to prepare students to work effectively within the complex and rapidly evolving environments of health and social care. Through the programme, students will be provided with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills set base within a broad international context. Learning, teaching and assessment methods focus on providing students with engaging and contemporary materials which link practice and theory and challenge students to take a critical perspective on both. While the assessments methods used with the programme are varied, they all have direct relevance to the world of work. Through the programme, students will be provided with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills set base within a broad international context. What's involved The course is studied full-time over one year and is split up into three trimesters. Alternatively it can be studied by individualised part-time study with attendance. You can choose to start this course in September. You'll learn by a variety of teaching methods including lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and through independent study. There may also be some opportunities to study abroad.
