What's involved The programme is studied full-time over one year of three trimesters. You will learn by a variety of teaching methods including lectures, tutorials and independent study. You will study: Trimester 1 You will be required to undertake three compulsory modules in your first trimester – Financial Management; Financial Markets, Institutions & Banking; and International Economic Law. Trimester 2 Your second trimester will involve two compulsory modules – Investment, Corporate Finance & Portfolios; and Management of Financial Risk - and you will choose one option module. Trimester 3 The third trimester is composed of the Research Methods module and a Dissertation.
Requirements at a glanceEntry to the courseYou will normally be expected to hold an Honours (2.2) degree. If you have an Ordinary degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience you may also be admitted. It is not necessary, though desirable, to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Law. If you are applying from outside the European Union you must have an Honours (2.2) degree or equivalent from a recognised institution and, will also be required to provide proof of English Language proficiency.
