Description
At AS Level you will cover the legal system of England & Wales including sources of law such as legislation, judicial decisions and the European perspective, mechanisms of the courts, both criminal and civil, the work and organisation of the legal profession and the involvement of the lay element. Modern developments regarding tribunals, the arbitration and mediation process and the provision of legal aid will be followed.
