About This Course:This course covers how buildings are planned, designed and constructed. You’ll also learn about how buildings exist within their environment.
What You Need:- One Higher Grade pass, preferably Mathematics or a Science, OR
- National Certificate in Built Environment, or equivalent qualification at SCQF level 6, OR
- Relevant experience or alternative qualifications.

Continuing study
Apply for the second year of an HND programme at the college – HND Architectural Technology, HND Building Surveying, HND Construction Management or HND Quantity Surveying.
How Long:One year, starting in August.
Location:City Campus North Hanover Street.
