This course is suitable for those working as pesticide operators
within their own industry. Training is a legal requirement. Use of
pesticides is governed by the Control of Substances Hazardous to
Health Regulations 1999 (COSHH), the Provision and Use of Work
Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) and the Food and Environmental
Protection Act 1985 (FEPA). The regulations require employers to
ensure that only employees who have received appropriate training

will be independently assessed by one of our NPTC approved
assessors. We are able to arrange training and assessment at your
