integrated in subject structure to provide an in-depth relationship
to the role/position of a ‘middle’ manager and its workplace
relationship. Personal Development identification, assessment,
analysis, actioning and evaluation is pivotal in this course
Subject Areas will be based around the core subjects of, -
Understanding the Management Role (as a ‘middle’ manager) (M4.01) -
Managing Improvement (M5.02) - Making a Financial Case (M5.03) -
Developing the manager as a critical thinker (M5.04) - Leading
innovation and change (M5.05) How will I be Taught? Via interactive
workshop sessions, 29 weeks of 7 hours attendance, one afternoon
& evening per week (Candidates qualified to Level 5 Certificate
in Management attendance reduced to 5 weeks and no Residential
attendance required.) How will I be Assessed? Assessment by
on-course work-based Assignments, an Improvement Report and an
