course, is integrated in subject structure to provide for a better
relationship to the role/position of a ‘middle’ manager and its
workplace relationship. Personal Development identification,
assessment, analysis, actioning and evaluation is pivotal in this
course Subject Areas will be based around the core subjects of, -
Understanding the Management Role (as a ‘middle’ manager) (M4.01) -
Managing Improvement (M5.02) - Making a Financial Case (M5.03) How
will I be Taught? Via interactive workshop sessions, 22 weeks of 7
hours attendance, one afternoon & evening per week (Candidates
qualified to Level 5 Award in Management attendance reduced to 16
weeks) How will I be Assessed? Assessment by on-course work-based
Assignments, plus an Improvement Report (no exams) What our
