Diploma in Health & Social Care, Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care, Award in Employment Responsibilities and Right and Personal, Learning and Thinking Skills, Functional Skills English Level 2 and Functional Skills Maths Level 2 How will I be Taught? One to one with an assessor who will visit you regularly in the workplace. Resources and course materials will be provided where appropriate. Group and/or one to one support from a functional skills tutor if required. How will I be Assessed? Competence and knowledge is demonstrated through the completion of a portfolio of evidence using written and oral evidence, observation in the workplace, recognition of prior learning & work products.
