EDEXCEL BTEC Diploma in Information Technology Level 3

Level 3 technical qualification for IT & Computing technicians, covering the basics of the computing industry. These include, though not limited to, programming, web design, 3D modelling, networking, computer maintenance, business information systems. This is a 12 unit course and is designed to run within a single academic year. As English and maths are important within the IT industry, all students will have a course of study in both English and Maths. How will I be Taught? The course will be split into 4 areas of study.. These will be Business IT, Gaming(programming), Networks & Web design, Computer hardware. Lecturers will offer support and guidance in their specialist areas, where the course of study will take in practical elements as well as group project work. How will I be Assessed?
