Description
This specification which has been live since 2008, offers students
the chance to explore everyday life and contemporary culture. The
specification requires the close examination of cultural practices,
cultural products and the ways in which cultural meanings are
communicated. At AS, the focus is on the understanding of
communicative codes in a cultural context whilst at A2 the focus
shifts to the application and critical evaluation of these codes.
