Summary:

This Level 2 qualification builds upon the skills at Level 1 and introduces the skills required to interact with customers and ensure they receive their goods. It also covers Managing stock levels and Recycling.

This qualification provides the learner the ability to progress to the Level 3 NVQ in Logistics Operations Management.

Internally marked and externally verified portfolio evidence. Evidence is considered holistically across all units chosen.
