Full Description:

Course Description:

You will take a more detailed look at travel routes and planning journeys and learn about local, national and international visitor destinations. The Diploma will also introduce you to the travel and tourism business environment, exploring aspects such as promotion and sales, technology, economic influences, and many more. It will expand and develop your customer service skills, and you will get the opportunity to market and sell a product or service that you have created. During the course, you will be able to do at least ten days work experience, which is a great way to apply what you have learnt in a working environment. The Diploma combines learning in the classroom with experience in the workplace so that you get a high quality qualification that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to get ahead in travel and tourism, or even in another profession if you decide it is not for you.
