  • BTEC National Diploma with 2 merits or distinctions
  • An equivalent qualification or experience
  • 4 GCSE’s grade C and above, one of which must be English Language

Full Description:

Enrichment:During the course Learner’s will have the opportunity to show their work in the annual Textiles / Fashion and Performing Arts event. They will also have the opportunity to show work in a live selling exhibition and also in the end of year Creative Arts show. Visiting lecturers, designers and artists come to the college and provide an opportunity for the students to enquire about their chosen area of study.

Students have the opportunity to progress to a degree course, or obtain employment directly into the Textiles related industry or self employment. The learner will be equipped with transferable skills which can be applied to other types of employment and provide the basis for further study or career changes.
