Summary:

The one week Summer Schools are open to anyone between the ages of 10 - 15 years who wishes to learn to cook with confidence. The course is taught by expert chefs from City College Norwich's renowned Hotel School, who are passionate about teachign young people to cook and bake with imagination, style and flair. The week long course will combine cookery and bakery.

Maximum Age: 15 Course Length: 1 week Course Schedule: 9.30am - 3.30pm Entry Requirements:

10 - 15 years old with a passion for cooking and baking

Academic Progression:

Participation on a junior catering course will demonstrate a commitment to leanring and support an application for a professsonial course

Full Description:

The week long Junior Chef and Junior Baker Summer Schools will twice

  • 22 - 26 July 2013
  • 29 July - 2 August.

Students will be in the kitchens all day and finsih with delicous products of their cooking and baking to take home to share with familiy and friends.

Course fee: £195 for 1 week, inclusive of all tuition and food costs Costs:

Other costs will include personalised chef kits and uniform, costing around £50
