The Top-Up is a route for pstudents who have completed the Foundation Degree Early Years and Foundation Degree Teaching Assistants to complete their full degree programme.

Core Skills:You will study: Additional Needs, Communication and Leadership, Creativity and Critical Thinking, Contemporary Issues as well as completing your Dissertation.
Assessment:Assignments, presentations, seminars, exam
Academic Progression:The programme could also open up opportunities for post-graduate study leading to other qualifications, for example in teaching. You can progress to a PGCE course at UEA to enable you to gain QTS, or to a management role in the care sector through current government initiatives.
Career Progression:Graduates from this programme can expect to access a wide variety of careers, including management of settings and local authority work in support of children.
